                    a.     Recruitment and Appointment Process is employed in hiring of faculty members

                           to teach in different degree programs in the University. Consistent with the objective
                           of the Isabela State University to provide quality education, only the best qualified

                           applicants shall be recruited as faculty members based on specific academic needs
                           as to education, field of specialization and relevant experiences. All recruitment/s

                           and subsequent appointment/s to the faculty shall be based strictly on merit and

                           fitness. There shall be no discrimination in the selection of faculty on account of
                           gender, civil status, disability, religion, ethnicity, or political affiliations.

                                The University follows the recruitment process of hiring of faculty as stipulated in the
                           SOI for hiring for faculty in ISO 9001:2015. To disseminate the hiring of new faculty,
                           Notice of Vacancy is posted in the Official Website and facebook page of the University.

                           Also, memorandum to concerned faculty is forwarded for them to prepare as panel members
