the Cultural and Educational Center

The third vascular bundle is the Huannan Humanistic Project. Since
its implementation in 2009, it has centered on Yilan University,
National Yilan Senior High School and National Lan-Yang Girls'
Senior High School to create a comfortable pedestrian space and a
smooth moving line, and to adopt engineering design that reduces
the amount of carbon. Fieldoffice Architects took down the wall
of the National Lan-Yang Girls' Senior High School, and used the
bright materials, leisure facilities and swings to create spacious trails
to the schools.
