Strategy Consolidation : Constructing Park and Green Space as
a Living Sphere Connecting the Environmental Issues and the
Daily Living

The existence of park and green space reminds humans that there is no city is
independent of nature. Human beings depend on nature and are part of the
ecosystem. Therefore, the park green space system in the city, as a part of the
green infrastructure, from top to bottom, through the use of technology and
information, understands the response to the natural texture around the Taipei
Basin and its interior. From the bottom up, it will respond to the call of the
green life concept and its citizens’ practice field.

Under this concept, the development of green space should be based on itself,
among to form a peripheral "living sphere". These living spheres are not fixed.
They exist in a "floating" status, overlapping and consolidating functions
through the space department. According to different resource conditions,
become the functional hinterland of the park and green space, complementing
each other; and finally contribute to enriching the diversity of Taipei city.
