RIBBON CUTTING FOR ARTHENIA L. JOYNER UNIVERSITY AREA COMMUNITY LIBRARY
The Grand Opening Celebration and Ribbon Cutting for the Arthenia L. Joyner University Area Community Library was held on Monday, March 26, 2018. The Library, in partnership with the Hillsborough County Public School System, is located at 13619 N. 22nd St. Community leaders who joined the former Senator for the ribbon cutting were, from left to right: Amy L.
