Lemon mousse
Ingredients:
1 can of condensed milk
1 cup whipping cream
The juice of 2 lemons
Add the grated peel (zest) of two lemons
for a more intense flavour.
Pour the condensed milk into a large bowl. Add
the cream and lemon juice, stirring gently until
the mixture thickens. Stir in the grated lemon.
Serve in ramekins for single servings or in a
large bowl for sharing. Add strawberries
sweetened with a mint leaf.
This dessert can also be served as a pie base.
