Checklist




                            Can catch a tossed ball with arms extended /
                              elbows locked similar to forearm pass

                            Catch at midline

                            Catch  outside  of  the  body  with  arms
                              extended, elbows locked

                            Can move four directions using shuffle step
                              to  catch  balls  with  extended  arms  between
                              waist and knees

                            Feet  shoulder-width  apart,  weight  evenly

                              balanced
                            Medium posture, the head stays level, good

                              balance

                            Pass  will  call  "mine"  before  each  pass  or
                              catch

                            Coach  checks  for  correct  hand  position  on
                              forearm pass

                            Thumbs together and parallel

                            Overlap palm of the hands at 45 degrees
