o Create, edit & remove multiple user defined assessment templates
o Specify the template that will be used by default if a file group has not been
assigned an assessment template.
o Add one or many question sets to a chosen assessment
o Add one or many free format questions to a chosen question set
o Add a user assistance comment/hint to each question
o Add one or many choices to a chosen question and specify the next set or
question from where the assessment will continue if the choice is selected
answered. ‘Next question in the same question set will be the default’
o Link a Hallmark to a single or combination of choices. This allows specific
hallmarks to be suggested based on the choices provided by a user when
performing an assessment.
o The system will have at least one assessment present at all times. Attempting
to delete the only remaining assessment will result in the administrator being
informed that this is not possible.
