Local Authority Reporting Management
This feature will allow the system administrator to configure how and when
hallmarks are reported to the chosen local authority via the automated service.

Breakdown
o Configure Local Authority reporting grace period. Default 30 Days.
o Configure Local Authority service connection, username & password
o Automatically report signed off hallmarks to the chosen local authority via a
background service which will connect using credentials supplied by the local
authority. No user intervention required.
NOTE: Ghost Digital & Data will develop connectors to local authorities ongoing.
However, connectors will be dependent on the relevant local authority offering
the required functionality in the form of a web service/interface.
