Breakdown
o Create, edit remove timeline templates.
o Enable/Disable milestones that will visible on the chosen timeline.
o Configure email reminders for each milestone and specify if the reminder
should also be displayed on the timeline.
o Reminder schedules will include the following conditions which will define if
the reminder is, or is not triggered:

Milestones
a) File Opened
b) Assessment Performed
c) Hallmark Applied
d) Hallmark Signed off
e) Stipulated as Privileged
f) Privilege Signed off
g) Report Due
h) Hallmark Reported
i) File Closed

Reminder Conditions
a) No Condition
b) Only if the Hallmark is not yet reported
c) Only if the hallmark is not yet been signed off
d) Only if an assessment has not been performed
e) Only if no hallmarks have been applied
f) Only if privilege has not yet been signed off
