What is Culture?
Culture is not a soft goal; it has sustainable,
long-term impact on the organization’s mission.
For us, culture has grown naturally as a result of
our experiences, knowledge, and wisdom. It impacts
every one of us, and we, in turn, impact each other
and the organizations that have become a part of us.
Defining our Culture enables a structure that helps
us organize our thoughts, plans and actions as we
renew our vision of one global Straive. Our culture
must try to neutralize and eradicate the very
characteristics that bother us as a company today.
