Respect
Personal respect is absolute, unqualified, unemotional, impersonal and is irrespective of
demographics, fabric of engagement or performance. Respect is the absolute core upon which
performing teams, collaborations and organizations are built to deliver enterprise outcomes.
A sharper appreciation for dignity and respect stems from a better understanding of the
purpose of organizational design. Organizational design integrates skills and capabilities to
identify challenges, accelerate the delivery of solutions, and deliver outcomes. When it comes to
workplace relationships, we are unequivocally a flat organization.
We are growing as a business and we are becoming more data-driven. At the same time, it is
important to see that, very often, data pertains to people. We cannot summarize and process
people in the same way we churn data. We should bring an artful balance of being personalized
to bringing out the best in our people.
Key Attributes of Respect
We strive to set higher standards and be ahead of the curve in being a

It is natural for us to experience
strong views as humans. Be it when
we actively convert to an AI-Data-driven
environment or when we follow development
pathways and value creation despite the obstacles surrounding us. In the end,
the secret to nurturing respect is to realize that we can always celebrate our
uniqueness even when we differ in our ideas and perspectives.
