Innovation

Seeding creativity to reap performances at the individual, team, process and at the enterprise
level is innovation.

Innovation has evolved from a sporadic outsourced project into a continuous, thus insourced
activity. Innovation is seeded by cultural transformation. Cultural transformation is sustainable
when change is ubiquitous and not contained in isolation, such as centers of excellence
or structures.

Pay attention and you will realize that change has become a habit. Change has become a
constant. Change is no longer confined to certain pockets within an organization. It is everywhere,
in everyone. Someone out there could have traversed this path. It’s about ideating with teams’
colleagues and as groups. Change takes root in the system when innovation becomes a habit
for everyone.

• We listen to all ideas – the challenging and the seemingly impossible and
the obviously possible – without interrupting.
• We allow a space for failure. In the aftermath, we focus on process
improvements rather than culpability.
• We fail fast and light, jump up, dust off, collect the learnings and
start again.
• We acknowledge that as miniscule steps of improvements
create the critical mass, waves of innovation soon follow.
• We accelerate data analytics and AI, which we will heat
map to measure permeation and effectiveness in
bringing results for customers – internal and external.

together and break into new paths we
explore and seek out; we conduct
rapid prototyping; we run for
incremental and continuous
learning until we are at the altar of
breakthrough across all teams.

What we have started with AI and Data,
and our unending bond with knowledge
and technology will always be our
milestones in our road ahead. We will
harness these themes and drive innovation with ease. A piece of technology
delivering an insight will always produce magic with another; pickup on what’s
there and fit it out.
