6.3 Final Rating of Key Performance Areas
Once the workbook is opened, you will immediately start on the KPA section with the line
manager and employee ratings completed. Under the "Final Rating" column, click on the
drop-down list and select the appropriate final rating. It is imperative that both the line
manager and employee discuss the final rating and reach consensus on the final rating
achieved for the particular KPA. Press enter and complete the remaining KPAs.
