6.7  Completed Training and Development Interventions







      This   section   is   critical   as   it   will   assist   Right   to   Care   to   maintain   a   record   of   all   developmental   opportunities
      completed   by   the   employee.   In   this   section,  please  list   any  training   interventions  completed   by   the   employee
      during   the   last   12   months   prior   to   the   performance   review..      Type   in   the   relevant   training   the   employee
      completed.


      Next,   choose   the   relevant   type   of   training   intervention   from   the   drop-down   list.      In   the   below   example,   we
      chose   short   courses   as   the   type   of   training   intervention,   and   a   Microsoft   Word   course   as   the   name   of   the
      training   intervention.      Please   also   indicate   the   institution   or   provider   who   facilitated   the   course.      Lastly,
      remember    to   indicate   the   date   the   training   intervention   was   completed   and   confirm   if   the   employee
      successfully   completed   the   course.      Complete   any   other   training   interventions   that   have   been   completed   by
      the   employee   in   the   remaining   rows.      When   you   are   done,   click   the  "Next"   button   to   proceed   to   the   next
      worksheet.
