6.8 The Final Summary Page
In the below example, you will notice that the section dealing with performance factors for the
management occupational group has been greyed out, as in this example, a review is
conducted for a non-management employee. Should the review be for a management
employee, the non-management factors section will be greyed out.
On the final summary page you will see the the following items:
Weighting percentages allocated for each section of the performance appraisal workbook,
The final weighted rating obtained per section and;
The final performance appraisal score.
