6.6  The Personal Development Plan







      This   section   is   important   to   complete   in   order   to   assist   the   Training   Department   with   the
      scheduling of training and development interventions.  Completion  of  this  section  also  assists
      with  the  compilation  of  Right  to  Care's  Annual  Training  Needs  Analysis  and  Workplace  Skills
      Plan.


      In   the   "development   needs   identified"   column,   please   provide   the   particular   training   and
      development     needs   that   have   been   identified   during   the   final   review   meeting.      It   is
      imperative  that  these  needs  are  discussed  and  agreed  to  by  the  line  manager  and  employee.
      Please remember to indicate whether the particular need is a skills gap or not.
