Your Probation Period
All new staff are subject to a probationary period of 3 months,
unless otherwise stated in your contract. Your appointment will be
confirmed on satisfactory completion of the probation period.
During this probationary period, you will be given appropriate
support and development opportunity to help you reach the
required standards. Extension of the probationary period may be
granted if mutually agreed to, to enable the required standards to
be achieved, but failure to do so could result in termination of your
employment.
Your Attendance at Work
Right to Care values good attendance at work and is committed to
improving the general wellbeing of its employees to achieve this.
Although we aim to secure regular attendance, we do not expect
employees to attend when they are genuinely unwell.
