- The organizers will be authorized to modify the name coding in case of homonymy.
- A column ‘file name’ will be added on the entry-forms.

RETURN AND NOTIFICATION

No work, being sent in as electronic material, will be returned.
The results, the juries’ minutes, and all the prize-winning works will be shown on the website at the
address here under; they will be kept on the site for at least 3 months. Participants not provided with e-
mail will get the results via ordinary postal mail. The author who wants an e-mail with his scores must
send his e-mail address.
Although every possible care will be taken, the organizers cannot be made responsible for damage or
loss.

CATALOGUE

The catalogue will be produced on CD-Rom and will include:
- all awarded works
- a wide selection of the accepted works
- the list of all the admitted works and participants
- the list of awarded authors
- the minutes of the juries.
The CD-Rom will be produced with a programme allowing viewing of works with no difficulty on all
operating platforms of computers.

The CD-Rom will bear both on the cover and on the disk the FIAP logo with the relative Patronage
number. The cover also must show one of the awarded works of the salon.
Inside the disk all the compulsory statistics about the salon and the FIAP publicity must be recorded.

EXHIBITION – PROJECTION

The date of the exhibition or projection must be clearly indicated in the entry form of the event.
The projection must be carried out with a multimedia projector adapted to the distance of projection
and the size of the screen.

PUBLICATION

In the general interest of the event, the reproduction, free of charge, of the works is allowed in a printed
catalogue, on CD-Rom catalogue or on an Internet Web page.
Each author is personally responsible for the subject of the image and gives the authorization for its
non-commercial publication.
The works may not be used in a commercial context. There is no possibility of recourse to legal action.

SALON RESPONSIBLE

Each organizer must indicate the name and the e-mail address of the Salon responsible and the website
of the salon.
