           Instructors must be knowledgeable of the subject matter (Finance/Budgeting) with, at minimum, 5 years of experience.

            NEEDS ASSESSMENT
           Description:   The rationale and planning for each learning event must be the result of a timely needs analysis. Needs may be identified in a
                      variety of ways, including focus groups, questionnaires, surveys, learners' comments and suggestions, records reports, tests, self‐
                      assessments, print media, observations, work samples and customer requests.

           receive federal funding and are required to receive training in performance results reporting as a part of their contract awards.
