• Serve as the lead instructor for the Master of Public Administration Program. Primarily
teaching the two capstone courses for the program.
Adjunct Instructor, North Carolina Wesleyan College, Raleigh, North Carolina. 1993 – 2011
• Serve as one of the lead instructors for senior level management courses. The two
primary courses are strategic planning and strategy and a management/organizational
behavior course using Gareth Morgan’s Images of Organization, as a framework for
assessing management processes.
• Developed and implemented a distance education hybrid format for the two management
courses that allowed for both synchronous and asynchronous student interaction. The
courses involved writing intensive, team-based application using a case analysis and
development approach.

December 2008.
• Served as a management instructor for evening courses.
