a job offer has been made.
Medical examinations are procedures or tests that seek in-formation
about the existence, nature, or severity of an individual’s physical or

physical or psychological health.
Testing Under Physical agility and physical fitness tests, in which applicants
ADA demonstrate their ability to perform actual or simulated job-related
tasks, are not medical examinations.
Psychological examinations such as aptitude tests, personality tests,
honesty tests, and IQ tests are intended to measure applicants’
capacity and propensity to perform a job successfully and are not
considered to be medical examinations.
