                                                                                       Recruitment is the process of attracting
                                                                                           qualified candidates to apply for

                                                                                           vacant positions within an organization.



                                                                                       Selection is the final stage of the

                                                                                           recruitment process, when decisions are

                                                                                           made as to who will be selected for the
                                                                                           vacant positions.



                                                                                       It is people who deliver the programs

                                                                                           and services that public and nonprofit

                                                                                           stakeholders expect: therefore, planning

                                                                                           for and selecting qualified and

                                                                                           competent employees must be done

                                                                                           with strategic purposes.
