Measurement / KPI / Cycle Time
          • Cycle time: This KPI measures the time taken to complete a process
from start to finish. Reducing cycle time is often a goal of process
reengineering as it can lead to increased efficiency and productivity.
          • Error rate: The error rate measures the frequency of errors or
defects within a process. Decreasing the error rate is a significant
goal of process reengineering, as it indicates improved quality and
               reduced rework or customer dissatisfaction.
          • Customer satisfaction: Measuring customer satisfaction provides
valuable insight into the effectiveness of process reengineering
efforts. Customer feedback, surveys, or ratings can be used to
assess the level of satisfaction with the reengineered process.
          • Employee productivity: This KPI measures the output or work
completed by employees within a given time frame. Process
reengineering aims to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and
eliminate bottlenecks, leading to increased employee productivity.
