Training
• Conduct training sessions: Implement the training program by conducting training
sessions according to the plan. Ensure that trainers or facilitators are
knowledgeable about the new process and possess effective communication and
teaching skills.
• Provide hands-on practice: Offer opportunities for hands-on practice to reinforce
the learning. Allow employees to apply the newly acquired knowledge and skills in
a safe environment. This can include simulated exercises, case studies, role-plays,
or actual on-the-job training.
• Offer ongoing support: Provide ongoing support and resources to employees as
they start working with the new process. This can involve mentoring, coaching,
help desk support, access to online resources, or designated subject matter
experts who can address questions and provide guidance.
• Monitor training effectiveness: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the
training program to ensure that employees are effectively adapting to the new
process. Gather feedback from participants, track performance metrics, and make
adjustments to the training as needed. Conduct a post-training evaluation to
assess the impact of the training on employees' ability to work with the new
process. Identify areas for improvement and refine the training program for future
implementations.
