Training








          •    Assess training needs: Conduct a thorough assessment of the training needs by

               with the new process. This assessment helps in tailoring the training program to

               meet the specific needs of the employees.



          •    Develop a training plan: Based on the training needs assessment, create a
               comprehensive training plan that outlines the objectives, content, delivery
               methods, resources required, and the timeline for training activities.



          •    Create training materials: Develop training materials that provide a clear

               understanding of the new process. This can include training manuals, job aids,
               presentations, videos, e-learning modules, or any other instructional resources
               that facilitate learning.



          •    Choose training delivery methods: Select appropriate training delivery methods

               that align with the nature of the new process and the target audience. Common
               training modes include instructor-led training sessions, workshops, online training
               modules, on-the-job training, simulations, or a blend of multiple methods.
