     Communication
          • Engage in two-way communication: Encourage open and transparent
communication by allowing stakeholders to ask questions, provide feedback, and
express their concerns. Create platforms for dialogue, such as town hall meetings,
Q&A sessions, or online forums, to foster engagement and address any issues.
          • Address resistance and concerns: Anticipate resistance to change and proactively
address concerns. Communicate the benefits of the new processes, address fears
or misconceptions, and provide support to individuals who may struggle with the
               transition.
          • Monitor and evaluate: Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the
communication efforts and gather feedback from stakeholders. Evaluate the
impact of communication on the adoption of the new processes and make
               adjustments as needed.
