In order to support the academic mission of Southern University at New Orleans, the Office of
Student Affairs and Enrollment Management develops programs and services that foster a sense of
community, ensure a respectful and inclusive environment and enrich the overall student
experience.
It is our belief that a
carefully planned and a
well-executed holistic co-
curricular program will
help students succeed in
their academic, social and
professional pursuits.
Departments included are: Residential
Life, Student Activities, Career
Counsel, Veteran Affairs, Student
Disabilities, Title 9 and Financial Aid.
Student Affairs is here to help advise
and support the student throughout their
matriculation. Student Affairs wish all
our students the very best in their
growth, their advancement towards
their degree and pursuit of all student
career goals.
