I5O Consulting Services completed a detailed assessment of the current operations for all

vital processes including the Vital Records, Recording, Passport Services, and Daily

Reconciliation/Deposit processes. This primary goal of this detailed assessment was to record

and analyze the existing processes as-is to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each

process. This will allow I5O to make recommendations (presented above) to aid in streamlining

processes to form more efficient operational processes that deliver effective and high-quality
