     If any of the items above are missing/excluded, the Vitals Personnel will process and print
         Reject Letter in BIS for the request (A03a). The Reject Letter details the reasons the ROD office
         cannot process the customer request. Two (2) copies of the Reject Letter are printed: one to send
         to the customer and one for the ROD correspondence (A03b). A mailing label will also be
         printed from BIS for the return mail (A03c). Vitals Personnel will mail the Reject Letter along
         with the request correspondence back to the customer noting the customer information from the
         request (A03d).
             If the customer request includes all the required correspondence, the Vitals Personnel will
         continue with processing. The ROD Vital Records personnel will print a mailing label (A04) and
         check out the cart in the BIS system (A05). The requested vital documentation is printed (A06).
         Personnel will then print two (2) copies of the Success Letter detailing the request completion
         (A07) and mail the requested document(s) to the customer (A08).
