Records: Online Subprocess

in ncvitals.com is charged (B05). If the customer credit card payment is accepted, the Vital

Records personnel will print the requested document(s) (B06). The Vitals Personnel will mail the

requested document(s) to the customer along with the confirmation sheet (B07). All customers

will also receive an email showing accepted receipts. If the customer credit card is declined, the

NCVitals.com program will notify the customer of the credit card decline and void the request

(B05a).
