To celebrate Women’s History Month, the club
hosted “A Lady’s High Noon Tea” fundraiser on
March 26, 2022, at Calvary & St. Cyprian Episcopal
Church in Brooklyn. The event featured a panel
discussion about empowerment, becoming
successful and wealth building. PDG Melissa Torres
(Brooklyn Caribe Lions Club) served as moderator
of the panel and PCC Deborah Harrison (Laurelton
Lions Club) was one of the panelists. The event was
well attended and everyone had an enjoyable
evening. Blessing the food
Male club members happily served the ladies who
looked radiant in their fashionable hats, gloves, and
masks, seated at beautifully decorated tables.
