Whoo!!!
The Global Action Team Halloween Conference was the place to be on October 30, 2021. Lions’ costumes were off the charts! All teams
presented loads of invaluable information to be shared with their clubs. Can you imagine a Halloween gala beginning at 8:30AM?
Only District 20-K1 could pull this off successfully. And with prizes for the most original and scariest costume!
Whoo! What fun, fellowship and featured facts!
Lion Ty’East Alleyne-Bobb served as Mistress of Ceremony and did an excellent job keeping things in order and on a light note. PDG
Melissa Torres called the Conference to order.
Each team, under the leadership of their respective coordinators,( GLT by PDG Mellissa Torres, GMT by PDG Pauline Francis, GST by PDG
Audrey Doorn, LCIF by PDG Barbara Moody, and GMA by PDG Jacqueline Willams.) staged a panel of knowledgeable presenters. The
Spanish GAT facilitated by Lion Esther San Roman, was directed to a special break-out room to conduct their session.
Leo Anthonisa Joseph (President, Brooklyn Pace Setters ) and Advisor Lion Nicolette Doorn presented their contribution to the Leos.
The conference included thought-provoking “Know Your District” ice breakers, opportunity for questions and answers and notices of up
coming events.
