Brooklyn crown heights lions delivered turkeys
A turkey is the centerpiece of the Thanksgiving dinner table. So, on November 20, 2023, Brooklyn Crown
Heights Lions went to the homes of 22 individuals in Brooklyn and Queens to deliver turkeys. The
individuals were also presented with cash in the sum of $50.00 to assist with purchasing the additional
turkey trimmings. The recipients were grateful and appreciated the personal deliveries, as they did not
have to go out of their homes to wait on long lines to receive their turkeys.
We continue to SERVE OTHERS. “ As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another
as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” Thus, by serving others you are serving God and showing
your gratitude for His work in your life.
