This year’s celebration took place on Saturday August 20, 2022 District Governor Ingrid personally thanks the following clubs

As usual, PDGs Ozzie and Melissa Torres tended the barbecue Stuy Park Lions Club Clinton Hills Lions
grills serving up hot dogs and hamburgers. They were later Corona Lions Club
aided by Lion Reeves Bobb. Lion Yvette and her hospitality
team ensured that everyone has enough to eat. Reported by,

Lions Ormond and Mildred (Committee Chair and Co-Chair) Committee Chair
made sure that everyone enjoyed the day. Lion Mike and his
team provided yeoman’s service with the U-Haul truck.
Lastly, everyone joined DG Ingrid in a celebratory wave that
was captured by a drone that was hovering overhead in the
ball field. It was truly a remarkable day.
