Auxtin and Isabelle are the 5th generation to manage this renowned hotel-restaurant
in the village of Espelette. They have breathed a new life into the 3* establishment
with a complete renovation that still maintains all the Basque character and
charm. Euzkadi, meaning Basque Country and pronounced Euchkadi, offers perfect
