Pierre and Martine Chilo run this lovely hotel-restaurant that dates back to 1937.
Pierre prepares fine local food, and Martine takes care of the hotel down to the
smallest detail. With eight rooms, garden and swimming pool, it’s a really pleasant
setting. Trademark: « A place with a local accent » that has been in the family for
four generations. Martine and Pierre’s daughter is ready to take the helm! Why come
here? For the country house-style bedrooms, the lounges with crackling log fires,
and Pierre Chilo’s cooking that shares Basque Country traditions. Essentials: Tasty
suckling lamb, excellent beef carpaccio cannelloni with local sheep’s cheese; divine
