*Tera Group Project Managing consists of:
- Preparatory works incl. meeting and consulting with the execution team
- Creating incl. revision of all Proposal Reports (15 in total)
- Attaining of adequate permits and in a timely matter
- Supervision of all jobs and tasks to be executed
- Consulting and coordination on site with contractor team
- Continues updates and follow-ups with Managing team and communicate
accordingly with client
- Assuring all tasks are executed accordingly and completed in a timely matter
- Administration and billing of all jobs
- Account handling and billing
- Guide the full team and final control at location during the full period of the
works (15 in total)
- Consistent meetings with the team incl. consulting for best solution planning
- Liability for work in progress
- Any other eventualities during the execution period
