Welcome to Homecare Homebase/Pointcare

        In this system, each task exists to facilitate moving a case along from a referral to  an active case.

        These tasks are overseen by Intake, Clinical Management, Revenue Cycle, Scheduling, and you,
        the Field Clinician, to provide coordinated care.  It is vital for documentation to be done timely, as
        it is necessary for the scheduling of subsequent visits to continue care for a patient.


        We created this Manual to support you.  It contains step by step processes  that you will be using
        in Pointcare.


        Addressing Visits


        1. You MUST accept/address all PENDING visits before you can start any visit.
        2. Sync -> change Pending visits in calendar to:
               Accept/Decline/Reschedule/Office Reassign/Miss -> Sync
