                  The followings are some useful guidelines to help us setting the base of our draft:

                                   To whom am I speaking to?
                                   What does my audience expect from me?
                                   What is the most suitable topic for my audience?

                                                  Consider our speech goal
                                   What is my objective?

                                                 Consider our speech content
                                   What kind of information should I share with my audience?
                                   How should I present the information to them?
                                   How can I gain and hold their attention?
                                   Why kind of examples would work best?

                                                    Consider our delivery
                                   What language or linguistic differences do audience members
                                     have?

                                   What  method  of  organizing  information  will  be  most
                                     effective?


                        The  analysis  towards  our  audience  can  be  done  in  three  steps.  They  are  the
                  analysis before the speech, during the speech and after the speech.

                             Knowing  our  audiences’  backgrounds  and  attitudes  can  be  helpful  to
                        determine the topic and the objective of our speech, to develop our outline and to
                        deliver our speech. There are three main information we can gather related to our
                        audiences before the speech.
                        1)   Demographic audience analysis
                                Analysis on audience’s demographics especially requires the speaker to be
                             aware of the audience’s age, gender, sexual orientation, culture, ethnic and
                             race, member groups, and socioeconomic status. Considering those  aspects
                             will help the speaker to be able to adapt the diverse audience and prepare the
