Which brought up 4 main specific objectives to achieve, those are related to the checklist

requirements, (11) ………………………………………………………, the special conditions of the contract,
                          and lastly (12) …………………………………………………………………………………

Variables Although there was not really a deadlock while discussing the issues and the objectives, the

negotiation proceeded to some variables which became the concerns of Pulser as the bidder.
First, in terms of the checklist of requirements, Pulser proposed three variables; to include (13)
………………………………………………………….. in the first round bidding, which at the same time

highlighted their urgency to have the first round bidding itself, and they also inquired about the

annulment and void of their (14) ……………………………………………………….. .
Responding to these, BAC-SPC affirmed that the Performance Security had been indicated in

the (15) …………………………………………………. and that the first and second bidding had also been
declared failure. For this, they urged Pulser to submit deficient (16) ……………………………… only.

Moving on, we addressed the next variable which was (17) ……………………………………………………
Pulser inquired whether a change in its TS lot 2 was made, which was denied by BAC-SPC.

Lastly, we moved to some loose ends such as the cost of the bidding document to be (18)
……………………………… . To wrap up, PrMD reminded the bidder that the bidding document could

be submitted via (19) ………………….. to BSP-SPC gate 7, that the Opening Bids would be held
through (20) ………………………………………, and that the required SLCC was revised from 24% to

                          (21) …………………… .
Agreements/ As there was no sticking point, the meeting ended up nicely with the agreement that PrMD
                decisions
would revise the (22) …………………………………………… to finally move forward to the (23)

Authorities Finally, before being issued and distributed, the minutes meeting was (25) ……………………………
