Variables Although there was not really a deadlock while discussing the issues and the objectives, the
negotiation proceeded to some variables which became the concerns of Pulser as the bidder.
First, in terms of the checklist of requirements, Pulser proposed three variables; to include (13)

highlighted their urgency to have the first round bidding itself, and they also inquired about the

Responding to these, BAC-SPC affirmed that the Performance Security had been indicated in
