Nurse Amina : “Assalamu alaikum, Mrs. Ifah. I hope you’re feeling well today. I’d like to discuss your
nursing care plan with you. This will help us work together to improve your health.”
Mrs. Ifah : “Wa alaikum assalam, Nurse Amina. That sounds good.”
Nurse Amina : “Great! Based on our previous discussions and assessments, we have identified a
nursing diagnosis of ineffective health management related to fatigue and difficulty

illaa anta syifaa'an laa yughaadiru saqoman. Ameen. May Allah grant you good
health and strength, inshaAllah. Assalamu alaikum, Mrs. Ifah.”
Mrs. Ifah : “Wa alaikum assalam, Nurse Amina. Ameen. Thank you for your care and guidance.”
