I’ll be assisting you today. Before we proceed, could you confirm your full name and

Mr. Joko : “Sure. My name is Joko Santoso, and I was born on May 15, 1975.”
Nurse Clara : “Thank you, Mr. Joko. I see that you’re scheduled for a treatment that requires you to
lie in the prone position, which means lying flat on your stomach. I’ll help you get into

Mr. Joko : “Okay. Is this position necessary for the treatment?”

Mr. Joko : ”Alright. Please do.”
Nurse Clara : ”Could you turn over gently? I’ll adjust the bed and place pillows to support your head
and legs for added comfort. Also, can I lower the side rails a little bit?”
Mr. Joko : ”It’s a bit hard to do it. Could you help me?”
Nurse Clara : “I’ll gently help you. Can I turn onto your stomach and place pillows under your head
and legs? This is to keep you comfortable. Does that sound alright?”
Mr. Joko ”Yes, please.”
Nurse Clara : “Could you move that little pillow to the table? I’ll also adjust the bed to make the
transition easier. If you feel any discomfort during the process, please let me know.
Shall we begin?”
Mr. Joko : “Sure, I’m ready.”
Nurse Clara : “There we go, Mr. Joko. Are you feeling comfortable in this position?”
Mr. Joko : ”A little bit..”
