                   positioning the patient to improve oxygenation. Nurse Kelly provides clear
                   instructions using imperative verbs and modals to guide Mr. Darjo through
                   repositioning in bed. She helps him elevate his upper body, adjust his legs,
                   and practice deep breathing to maximize lung function. Throughout the
                   conversation, Nurse Kelly emphasizes the importance of proper positioning
                   and  regular  deep  breathing  exercises  to  enhance  oxygen  intake,  while
                   ensuring Mr. Darjo feels comfortable and supported.
