Martha's business sense and creative vision provided the framework for launching her namesake company,
Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia in 1996, and the expansive multimedia portfolio that includes award-
winning properties such as Martha Stewart Living, Martha Stewart Weddings, marthastewart.com, “The
Martha Living Show” and “The Martha Show” (which over a span of 19 years earned 18 Emmys), “Martha
Stewart’s Cooking School” on PBS, and “Martha Bakes” on PBS. In 2016, Martha teamed up with longtime
friend and collaborator Snoop Dogg for “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party” on VH1. In 2017, the
popular series received its first Emmy nomination. A recent highly anticipated collaboration and exclusive
content for digital platforms includes the cooking competition, co-hosted with José Andrés, Yes, Chef!, which
premieres on NBC in March 2025. Dedicated Martha Stewart channels stream anytime on Roku, Prime Video,
PlutoTV, Vizio, TCL, and many more.
In addition to its media properties, Martha Stewart’s branded products can be found in tens of millions
of homes and in thousands of retail locations. Martha was first a pioneer in bringing beautifully designed,
high-quality products to mass market with Martha Stewart Everyday products at Kmart. Today, her brand
offers high-quality, functional and affordable products including: a robust Amazon brand shop featuring
books, housewares, jewelry, cookware, kitchen electrics, coffee, food, pet care, seasonal décor, crafts, outdoor
furniture, area rugs and more; office supplies and organization at Staples; a collaborative line of products
with QVC including apparel, accessories, food, wine, seasonal décor, garden, and many others.
Most recently, Martha launched the MARTHA by Martha Stewart Collection of over 40 wall colors in
collaboration with Fine Paints of Europe; and a new line of crafts and accessories with Plaid Enterprises
available at Amazon.
Martha is known for her innovation and lasting legacy within food culture and her widely popular recipes
are at its center. She has brought her beloved recipes and half a century of kitchen memories to a multitude
of outlets including her streaming Roku shows Martha Cooks and Martha Holidays, and an ever-evolving
offering on store shelves and online through platforms such as Goldbelly and Marley Spoon. On Goldbelly,
her most-beloved dishes and desserts are accessible to food lovers anywhere in the US, and through her
meal-kit delivery service, Marley Spoon, customers are equipped to make Martha’s expertly made recipes.
In 2022, Martha opened her first-ever restaurant, The Bedford, at the Paris Las Vegas. In 2025, she unveiled
its expansion to Connecticut’s Foxwoods Resort Casino.
Martha continues to expand her brand and distinctive vision into new culinary categories under the Martha
Stewart Kitchen brand and has a CBD-infused wellness gummies line in partnership with Wana.
In 2024, Martha announced Martha Stewart Garden Apparel at Tractor Supply and launched a collection
of premium gardening tools from QVC. She is also the chief gardening officer for Miracle-Gro, encouraging
Americans to spend more time in the garden.
The Martha family of branded products is owned by Marquee Brands, a leading global brand operator and
marketer owned by investor funds managed by Neuberger Berman. Martha joined the Marquee Brands
team on June 10, 2019.
In 2007, Martha unveiled the new Martha Stewart Center for Living at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in
New York. The center is an outpatient facility for geriatric medicine, providing clinical care and education
for patients, offering training for physicians and coordinating healthy-aging research and practices.
Martha was inspired to create the center by her mother, Martha Kostyra, who remained active and engaged
in life to the age of 93. In June 2019, Martha opened a second Martha Stewart Center for Living location at
Mount Sinai-Union Square dedicated to her grandchildren, Jude and Truman.
