                                  Dawnmarie Black, Lloyd’s
                                  Dawnmarie is an accomplished broker and underwriter who joined Lloyd’s in 2018
                                  from London broker BMS Group.  She brings more than 25 years of experience,
                                  having served in senior roles with Ascot, Aon Benfield, AIG, and Chubb.
                                  Dawnmarie is responsible for leading the US Market Development Strategy and
                                  managing the team of regional directors. Lloyd’s stakeholders in the US include
                                  retail, wholesale, and reinsurance brokers; program managers; managing general
                                  agents; risk managers; and market supporting organizations such as TMPAA. The
                                  US represents over 47% of Lloyd’s total written premium.
                                  Black holds a B.A. from Allegheny College. She is affiliated with several industry
                                  groups and insurance industry philanthropic efforts, including the Insurance
           Industry Charitable Foundation (Co-chair Boston Board); Association of Professional Insurance Women
           (Treasurer and Co-chair of programming); IRUA (Board member); and also serves on the Target Markets
           Women’s Leadership Council. She has been recognized by IBA on their Elite Women, Hot 100, and Business
           Global 100 lists as well as being recognized by IICF as an Inclusion Champion in 2021.

                                  Richard Everall, Beazley
                                  After a Master’s Degree in Genetics from Nottingham University, Richard started
                                  work in the Lloyd’s market in 2010 with Chaucer Syndicates. Initially writing
                                  International Property Binders, he later transitioned to the US Delegated Casualty
                                  Team writing largely professional and allied medical program business. Richard
                                  joined Beazley as an Underwriter in September 2016 and later became Focus
                                  Group Leader for US Specialty Programs. The US Specialty Programs team is an
                                  8-underwriter team based in the UK and US. The book has evolved into a multi-
                                  product, multi-platform portfolio, offering wide variety of tailored program solutions
                                  from Master’s to fully delegated on both admitted and non-admitted platforms. The
                                  focus is on niche delegated liability programs, often developing bespoke features to
                                  match customer needs.
