INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
1 cup walnuts 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
½ cup honey 2. Spread the walnuts in a single layer on a baking
2½ cups Greek sheet and toast 7–8 minutes, or until they turn
yogurt, strained golden and fragrant. Transfer the toasted walnuts
⅓ tsp. vanilla extract to a bowl, add the honey, and stir to coat. Set
aside to cool down, 1–2 minutes.

3. In the meantime, stir together the Greek yogurt
and vanilla extract and add to the bowl. Spoon the
honey-walnut mixture over the yogurt and
sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up
to 3 days. Enjoy! DESSERT
