                Serves: 4   Recipes don’t get much easier than this. In fact, it is hardly
        LUNCH               even a recipe—more of an arrangement. The trick with this
                            recipe is to place the beef filet in the freezer until it be-
                            comes a little firm and can be sliced paper-thin. The slices
                            of beef with the zesty sauce, arugula and shaved Parme-
        THE MEDITERRANEAN REFRESH  are the perfect meal to serve up as a shared plate in the
                            san served on top of either fresh bread or toasted baguette
