CLOSED QUOTE NOT NEEDED PSSR to forward to another  department – sent to parts, APMC,  etc. and log in the timeline what was  done and REASON quote is not  needed and change status on   recommendation.   Service Manager opens a WO  for the approved work and  complete a parts request for  the work to be done from list  provided in quote approved   recommendation. TURN AROUND GOAL IS XXXX  Repair is scheduled and   completed.
























                                                        QUOTE PROCESSED PSSR to prepare quote for parts, parts and labor, etc.  and send quote to customer or Contract  Manager ‐ include any pictures in the recommendation. Copy the Service Manager and the Contract  Manager if a contract customer. Update recommendation Status to Quote processed and all other  fields, add notes to timeline a copy of the quote.  Also all parts required needs to be updated with final  parts list. Enter any follow up notes into timeline until approval or rejection is received.  TURN AROUND GOAL IS 5 DAYS MAX

Approval to proceed with  recommended repairs or PO is obtained and formal acceptance sent by PSSR  all parts required fields are confirmed to be acurate and complete.   All documentation and corresponding notes are added to the added to  recommendation timeline.  TURN AROUND GOAL IS XXXX

                                                          QUOTE IN PROGRESS As soon as the recommendation is reviewed and a quote is  needed PSSR is to change the status on the Recommendation to  Quote In Progress and change the owner to their name.  Add  any notes to the timeline requiring what steps are being taken   to expedite quote.









             Technician Recommendation  comes in auto‐matically from the   tech rec on the WO    Recommendation   comes in from the office.  CLOSED ‐ QUOTE REJECTION PSSR obtains rejection of quote form the customer ‐ All  documentation including reason for rejection gets added to  recommendation timeline and   ROUND GOAL IS XXXX
