 Pain in the shoulders, arms, and hands; pains in the back; pains in the knees
       experienced during standing or going up or down stairs.

 Postpartum (Fatigue -vaginal discharge -mastitis and insufficient lactation)

The more common ailments for acupressure are:

 nausea and vomiting during pregnancy/ morning sickness
 motion sickness
 nausea after surgery
 nausea due to chemotherapy
 cancer-related fatigue
 headache
 menstrual cramps
 muscle tension and pain

Description of Treatment:

 Acupressure practitioners use their fingers, palms, elbows or feet, or special
       devices to apply pressure to acupoints on the body's meridians. Sometimes,
       acupressure also involves stretching or acupressure massage, as well as other
       methods.

 During an acupressure session, patient lies fully clothed on a soft massage table.
       The practitioner gently presses on acupressure points on the body.

 A typical session lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour.
 Acupressure may be administered on a regular basis.

Instruments used for applying Acupressure:

There are several different instruments for applying nonspecific pressure by rubbing,
rolling, or applying pressure on the reflex zones of the body.
