two high level positions in the government of Ethiopia: Minister of

He became very friendly with the Clintons, speakered at the Clinton
Global Initiative of the Clinton Foundation, and was co-chair of the
Global Fund. The Global Fund presents itself as an independent
organization whose aims are the eradication of AIDS, Tuberculosis and
Malaria.
When Tedros was chair at Global Fund, the organization was
involved in fraud and misappropriation of funds. An investigation
showed that 67% of the money spent on the AIDS program in
Mauritania was misspent and that other poor countries had missed out
a lot of money. According to financial investigators Larry Doyle and
John Moynihan, this case was a classic example of money laundering.
Here's how it worked.
The Clinton Foundation received millions of dollars from poor
countries, such as the Dominican Republic, Rwanda and Lesotho,

receivers of the cash flow. Anyway: 1) the Global Fund received
millions of dollars from USAID, via the State Department, 2) the funds
were overseen from the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, 3)
subsequently the Clinton Foundation received millions from the Global
Fund and 4) those countries received money from the Global Fund.
Money laundering at its finest. Doyle and Moynihan testified before
Congress about the corruption in the Clinton Foundation and in the
Global Fund chaired by Tedros. Now Tedros, the current Director-
